Great Company ~ Highly Recommend!

Rhino was fantastic to deal with! We made the mistake of hiring Beehive Movers first and they no show/no called and left us in a serious bind on a Sunday, when no one else is open. So we tried to call 12 different companies and Rhino not only answered on a Sunday, but they agreed to come right over and help us out! They were SUPER PROFESSIONAL, very careful with our belongings and SO HARDWORKING! We literally couldn't believe how fast they worked, never taking a break all day long! They were AMAZING! CALL RHINO ~ YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID!

Long-distance move from Florida to Pennsylvania

Rhino Moving company Deerfield Beach Florida.

Dear Michelle,   First and foremost.. I am troubled by the lack of professionalism this company seems to have.. NOTHING IN THE WORLD will ever replace in my heart what was left of my family's treasures. The lack of disrespect for my family heirlooms which have been handed down from generation to generation for 3 generations (Antiques) well over 100 years..leaving only a broken set of China from Germany service for 20 now service for 9.. a broken set of china from England service for 10 now service for 7..and a 40 piece set of elegant wine glasses and wine carafe that is now a 23 piece set..my children & their children wont be able to relish in the traditional  & incredible gift of sharing and loving by passing down those treasures that have been ongoing for many years.   Sadly.. I am still missing a antique black oriental round table which by the way was my great grandmothers..did not arrive to my house..My hardwood floors are completely scratched which my landlord will be contacting you about personally. My antique table..which  was noted as  having a weak leg and was wrapped nicely by the original crew in Florida..I found this table hidden in a heap with a busted leg and shelf busted out that was attached under the table. My daughters bike is completely messed up..the seat the paint and needs to be replaced. All of my chairs to my dining set which are antiques as well are missing paint and scratched to boot. My stereo speakers are as well scratched and missing the finish. My large china cabinet has a huge scratch down the side as well.   All of my boxes arrived and placed in my living room up side down spilling the contents like spices oils and such leaking..I think it is fair to say this move has been an absolute train wreck and quite frankly and sorry to say..I hired what I thought would be a PROFESSIONAL moving company paying 2400.00 dollars for what I believed to be a wiser bet than packing myself..BOY WAS I WRONG..I WISH I HAD NEVER USED THIS RHINO MOVING COMPANY!!   After I had time to settle down from my emotional trauma..I am pained by the careless conversation we shared as you rudely needed to to get off the phone as you had an appointment ..leaving me as distraught as I had been prior to the call. What a pity.. I thought some compassion from your company could have simmered my emotions Wrong again! I don't know were this goes from here on your end..However,,, I am sending a copy to my attorney so that I may understand the situation myself. Please let me know what else you might need and how you plan to make restitution.   Robin Flamish    .

Do Not Move With Rhino They Will Lose Your Things!

I was moving long distance and had a minimum move (only 42 boxes).  I couldn't believe when 2 of my boxes were lost.  The drivers didn't seem to care or take it seriously when the counts didn't add up and two of the numbered labeled boxes didn't turn up at the destination.  It seems like losing boxes and items happens often and it's business as usual.  The default insurance is weight based and you get pennies for every pound; despite what the account representatives and the receiving movers say you will lose items and boxes and they will claim these items weren't part of your move.  After spending many hours documenting the items I lost, emailing and calling both the insurance company and Rhino, and having the claim documentation rejected and having to complete tedious revisions obviously meant to delay resolution, it took 5 months to receive a decision on my claim.  In the end, parts of my claim were denied and I received a negligible amount covering almost none of the insured value of my loss.  I would not under any circumstance recommend moving with Rhino.  I lost items that are priceless memories and heirlooms; to have my loss minimized and my claim partially denied is an insult.  Do your research and get referrals and recommendations from people you trust instead of making the mistake of working with or trusting Rhino.  If you decide against all odds and negative reviews to work with Rhino, PLEASE take out FULL insurance on your move and carefully itemize and document everything; don't trust anything that has any meaning or significance to you into the careless hands at Rhino, you will regret it.

What Rhino did to me and my things.

Rhino Movers charged me $7,500 and after loading my furniture demanded another $3,000 or they would put the furniture back.  I paid. Rhino was three days late in delivering half of my things.  The other half of what they returned came a month later. 50% of my things were never found or delivered, probably given to some one else, as they tried to pass off someone else's things on me. I have antiques and valuable belongings that I have owned all my life.  I am 85.  Rhino Movers almost killed me by desecrating my furnishings and well loved belongings.  They expect me to settle for 62 cents per pound. I am suing Rhino Movers for $100K. The suit is in Broward Cnty, FL. Please join me everyone who equally dissatisfied with what these people did to us and to our things. Oh, they made ample promises and reassurances, but they hire people off the street who do not know, or care what they are handling.  This move put me in bed for two weeks and made me consult my heart specialists. Something must be done about Rhino getting away with impossible things, ruining our lives by destroying things we love and cherish. A life size oil painting of me is missing.  I am wearing a pale blue dress.  Does anyone have my painting? I am also missing lovely antiques, furniture, porcelain and china.
Lucy Baker 678 825 572  I paid almost ten thousand dollars to lose half the things I cherish. I moved May/June of 2014.
